First post!

Woot, first post! I named this blog after the jazz piano cover of "A Girl in Calico" by Miles Davis. I'm not particular about the song, but I've grown to like jazz recently. My name is Cat, so "A Cat in Calico" it is. I wanted this blog to have the "acatincalico.blogspot" name, but I accidentally made that with my other gmail account so "catincalico.blogspot" will have to do.
